I arrived to a pre-heated room on a cold afternoon, a nice touch. The room was a great size and surprisingly quiet considering the central location, but the child-size toilet seat was a bit odd. The hotel overlooks the RSL carpark.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms, but there might be more affordable options with similar comfort in the same area due to slight door sealing issues. The cleanliness is commendable with a very cozy and spotless bed. The room has a nice view of the internal hallway from the front window.
I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were fresh, clean, and had everything I needed. The key card operated the lights and aircon, which was convenient. The staff were always friendly and the location was excellent, central to everything. The dining experience needs some improvement, but the facilities were good overall.
